Open Autocad Drawing in Cad
Enter this Command  :   -DWGUNITS

Command: -DWGUNITS
Drawing units:
  1. Inches
  2. Feet
  3. Millimeters
  4. Centimeters
  5. Decimeters
  6. Meters                    Enter 6   and then press enter 

                                          

                                     Enter 2  and then press enter 

                                           

                                      Enter 2  and then press enter 

 Enter Y  and then press enter 

 Enter Y  and then press enter 

 Enter Y  and then press enter 

 Enter Y  and then press enter 

Right Clik mouse at any wahere in Drawing 

Comand ; Z      Enter
Comand: A       Enter

Change units Style Type Command :  DTS     enter 

Change Units Architecture   To Decimal     save and Ok

Now Change Your Dimension to Saved Dimension Style Name 

Or Math with change Dimension Style Name
